Pumpkin Pie Bars

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 3/4 C butter
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- Pulse until cornmeal consistency. Press into greased 9 x 13 Pan. Bake x 15" @ 350. Cool completely.
- Filling:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 t salt
- 2 t pumpkin pie spice
- 29 oz pureed pumpkin
- 2 cans Eagle Brand
- Thoroughly mix. Pour over crust. Cook 60-70" until knife inserted comes out clean.
