Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 3/4 C butter
  • 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • Pulse until cornmeal consistency. Press into greased 9 x 13 Pan. Bake x 15" @ 350. Cool completely.
  • Filling:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t pumpkin pie spice
  • 29 oz pureed pumpkin
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand
  • Thoroughly mix. Pour over crust. Cook 60-70" until knife inserted comes out clean.
