Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup coffee creamer
- 1 instant vanilla pudding
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup caramel chips,melted
- GANACHE:
- 1/4 cup whip topping
- caramel chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream the oil and sugars.Add eggs,one at a time. Add orange juice and creamer. Mix all dry ingredients together and add slowly. Mix well. Add in melted chips. Mix until just incorporated.
2. Bake on 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
3. Let cool. Heat the whip till it boils. Remove from flame and add caramel chips. Pour over cooled cake.
