Ingredients
- Poppy Seed Dressing:
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil, safflower oil or olive oil
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tblsp cider vingar
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 tblsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tblsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- Salad:
- 2 oranges peeled, seeded and sectioned
- 1 red apple, chopped
- 1.5 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup seedless red or green grapes, quartered
- 1/2 cup pecans coarsely chopped and toasted

Directions:
Combine salad ingredients (not pecans) and add dressing; gently toss to coat; cover and refrigerate for AT LEAST 2 HOURS (makes a difference!). Sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
