Aunt Snookie's Pudding Cake

I had this cake at Aunt Snookie's and she gave me the recipe. When Nani made it, she frosted it with seedless red raspberry jam thinned with run flavoring and then a thin icing drizzled over top of that made with confectioners sugar and a little milk and rum flavoring. That was very good.

Ingredients

• Use a tube pan for this
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 lb margarine or butter melted
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 1 box instant vanilla or lemon pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and beat at high speed for about 4 minutes.

Put in well greased lightly floured 10" tube pan at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes.
