Ingredients

  • 8 cups flour
  • 2 packs yeast dissolved in 8 oz lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp sugar for each cup flour (16)
  • 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
  • Mix the above together and add approx
  • 1 3/4 - 2 cups water for a soft tacky dough

Preparation

Step 1

Let rise till double in bulk.
Spoon out with tbsp and fry in deep oil.
Sprinkle with 10x sugar and drizzle with honey when served.

Reheat: Approx 10 minutes at 350 oven.
