Ingredients
- 8 cups flour
- 2 packs yeast dissolved in 8 oz lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp sugar for each cup flour (16)
- 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
- Mix the above together and add approx
- 1 3/4 - 2 cups water for a soft tacky dough
Preparation
Step 1
Let rise till double in bulk.
Spoon out with tbsp and fry in deep oil.
Sprinkle with 10x sugar and drizzle with honey when served.
Reheat: Approx 10 minutes at 350 oven.
