  • 10 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the Parmesan, one
tablespoon at a time. Carefully pat down flat. Crack a generous amount of
pepper over each mound. Bake until crispy and lightly golden, 12 minutes.
