Linguine Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. linguine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed, drained
  • 1/4 lb. salami, cut into strips

Preparation

Step 1

Cook linguine as directed on package. Drain; do not rinse. Return to pan; add combined eggs, cream, ½ cup cheese and margarine. Toss lightly. Add peas and salami; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve with remaining cheese. 4 to 6 servings.
