Vegetable Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomato halves
  • 1 cup caulifloweret slices
  • 1 cup zucchini slices
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Leaf lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

Pour dressing over combined tomatoes, cauliflowerets, zucchini and parsley. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours. Drain, reserving dressing. Place lettuce on serving platter; top with vegetables. Serve with reserved dressing. 6 servings.
