Remove 1 cup of the dry cake mix, reserve. In a large bowl, stir together remaining dry cake mix, melted butter and 1 beaten egg. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Press this mixture in prepared pan. In large bowl, lightly beat remaining 3 eggs. Stir in pumpkin, 1/2 c. sugar, brown sugar, evap. milk and cinnamon. Pour over cake mixture in pan. To the 1 cup reserved cake mix, add remaining 1/2 c. sugar, walnuts and softened butter. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture, Bake for 50-60 minutes.
