Ingredients
- roast - can be any but i use chuck
- 1 pk au jus
- 1 pk hidden valley ranch dressing
- 1 stick butter - 3 lb roast or less i use 1/2 stick
- 6 pepperoncini peppers

Preparation
Step 1
put roast in crock pot. sprinkle with au jus. sprinkle with hidden valley ranch. put butter on top. add pepperoncinis.
cook on low 6, 8, or 10 hours depending on size of roast. can slice or pull apart.
