Specialty Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2/3 cup crushed corn chips
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 4 cheese singles
  • 4 hard rolls, split
  • Guacamole
  • Chopped tomato

Preparation

Step 1

Combine meat, corn chips and ¼ cup chili sauce; mix lightly. Shape into four patties; place on rack of broiler pan. Broil on both sides to desired doneness. Top with cheese; broil until cheese begins to melt. Spread rolls with remaining chili sauce; fill with patties. Top with remaining ingredients and additional chips, if desired.
