Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 7 oz crabmeat
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground savory
  • ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c mayo
  • 1/4 t. paprika
  • 3 T parmesan cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degree. In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, green onions, herbs and pepper. mix in mayo and 1/4 c parmesan cheese until well combined. Refrigerate filling until ready for use. Wipe mushrooms clean with damp towel. Remove stems. Spoon out the gills and the base of the stem, making deep cups. Discard gills and stems. Fill the mushroom caps with rounded teaspoons of filling and place then in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle tops with parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake for 15 min
