Make only 1 serving at a time, otherwise it burns (especially if there's any sugar in it) and doesn't mix properly.

  • 40 grams popped corn per serving
  • flavourings as desired

Preparation

Step 1

Add your fats and flavourings to the bowl and cook for a minute or two to combine and melt butter, etc.

Add popped corn and cook for 5 - 7 minutes to combine everything.

1 serving - 40 grams of corn and 1 tablespoon EVOO
