Ingredients

  • Cake 3-9inch pans
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (11oz) can manderine oranges w/ juice
  • Icing
  • 1 (3oz)pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (17oz) can crushed pineapple w/ juices
  • 1 (12oz) whip cream ( use Cool Whip)

Preparation

Step 1

Line 3 -9 inch cake pans with foil. Spray with Pam.
In a large bowl, beat all cake ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour equally into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until done. Cool completely.

Place one layer on plate and begin to frost.

In a small bowl beat pudding and crushed pineapple until thick. Spoon whip cream into large bowl. Fold pineapple and pudding mix into it.

Ice between layers and on sides and top. Refridgerate until ready to serve. Garnish with orange slices if wanted.
