Ingredients
- 1 tub (8 ounces) soft cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded Gouda or Colby cheese (8 ounces)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup sliced drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1 Mix cream cheese and Gouda cheese until blended. Stir in chives, tomatoes and garlic powder. Shape mixture into 2 small logs or 1 large ball. Roll in parsley.
2 Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm. Serve with crackers.
