Ethiopian Honey Bread

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c milk
  • 2 T margarine
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1 3/4 c bread flour
  • 1 1/4 t yeast
  • 1/2 c whole what flour
  • 1/2 t ground coriander
  • 14 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t ground clovers
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 egg.

Preparation

Step 1

In a small pan, heat the milk just until it foams around the edges. Remove from heat. Add butter and honey. stir until melted. Cool to room temperature. Add all ingredients to bread machine. Makes 1 1lb loave.
