Strawberry Cocoa

Ingredients

• 4 tbls butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 pint strawberry ice cream
• 4 cups water
• whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

In medium pot, whisk together butter, sugar, and icecream over medium/high heat until melted.
Whisk in water, 1 cup at a time, until texture/flavor is desired.
Heat just until steaming.
Top with whipped cream.
