Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dinner rolls, split and toasted
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 4 crispy cooked bacon slices, cut in thirds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine meat, onion, mustard and salt; mix lightly. Shape into twelve patties; place in baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cut Velveeta into twlve slices; cut in half. Fill each roll with one slice of cheese, patty, second slice of cheese and bacon. Makes 12 appetizers.
