Porcupine meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 c uncooked minute rice
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t celery salt
  • 1/8 t garlic salt
  • dash pepper
  • topping
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 t worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix beef, rice, milk, onion and seasonings. Form into balls Brown lighly on all sides in about 1 T oil. Mix tomato sauce, water, and worchestshire sauce. Pour over meat balls, mix. Heat to boiling. Cover and reduce to simmer. Simmoer over low heat 45 minutes. add a small amount of water if needed.
