Hot Cocoa Martini*

This cocktail, by Tabasco chef Jason Gronlund, puts a decidedly adult spin on hot cocoa.

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. chocolate syrup
- 1 oz. crème de cocoa
- 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz. vanilla flavored vodka
- A dash of habanero tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. whipped cream
- Cocoa powder for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Pour the liquid into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Float a spoonful of whipped cream on top of the drink and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
