Ingredients
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 1/8 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Splenda® or sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup light cool whip
- a couple apple slices for dipping if desired
Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine all ingredients except cool whip using a hand mixer.
2.Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer until ready to eat.
3.Use apple slices to dip if desired, keeping bites small and stopping at fullness for portion control.
