Ingredients
- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- sugar
- 2 cups Irish whiskey
- 8 Tbs. sugar
- 6 cups freshly brewed strong coffee
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk cream in medium bowl just until slightly thickened but still pourable. Dip rims of 8 coffee mugs in water, then into sugar. Pour 1/4 cup whiskey and 1 Tbs. sugar into each mug. Add coffee. Stir to dissolve sugar. Gently spoon cream mixture over coffee and serve.
