POPCORN****Curried Coconut Popcorn (Actifry)

20/12/16 - Tasty, as tweaked. I'm not sure it's worth the high calorie and saturated fat count though, with the coconut oil. There are lots of other recipes that would be much better for you!

Ingredients
- 40 grams popcorn kernels, air popped
- 1 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp finely ground sea salt, plus more to taste
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (don't bother with this, it added nothing)
Preparation
Step 1
Add everything except popcorn to the Actifry bowl and cook for 1 or 2 minutes. When melted, stir in popcorn and cook for 5 - 7 minutes, until hot.
The first time I made this, I started with all the corn and tried to do a double batch. Didn't work as it started to smoke and almost burned and I had to keep opening the machine and stirring everything by hand to get it to mix up. Make one batch at a time.
