Ingredients
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 large pkg. shredded cheese (can use any kind)
- 4-5 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 9x13" pan. Spread chilies on the bottom. Layer cheese on top. Beat eggs and pour over the chilies and cheese. Bake at 350-375 until the edges begin to brown. Cool in pan. Cut into squares.
(Amount of eggs depends on the amount of cheese used. If more cheese is desired, add another egg.)
