Round Steak in Slow Cooker

Ingredients

• 1/2 c flour
• 1 t salt
• 1/4 t pepper
• 2 1/2 pound round steak
• 2 T vegetable oil
• 1 can french onion soup mix
• 1/4 c catsup
• 3/4 c water
• 1 T worchestshire sauce
• 1 T cornstarth

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat steak. Heat oil in slow cooker. Add steak and brown on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cook at low for 7 - 9 hours. Remove teak. Increase heat to high. Thicken with corn starch.
