Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Shortening 1 1/2 Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Sugar 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp Molasses 1 Tsp. Gloves
- 1 Egg 1 Tsp. Ginger
- 2 Cups Unsifted Flour 1/2 Tsp. Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream shortening and sugar, add molasses and egg (beat well). Add dry ingredients (sifted), beat until smooth. Chill for two hours. Make a ball dip in sugar. Place two inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes
