Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage browned
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cups mozerlla cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 T salad oil
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t parmesan chese
Preparation
Step 1
Stir spahetti sauce, sausage and onion together. cook until bubbly. Spread in 9x13 pan. Arrange cheese over top. In blender combine eggs, flour, milk, oil, and salt whir until smooth. Pour over top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 425 until crust is puffy and brown about 20 minutes.
