Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 7 oz box minute rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat soup and milk - when hot pour over rice. Put mixture in 9x13 pan. Lay chicken over rice - sprinkle on dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Back 2 hours 15 minutes at 325.
