Ingredients
- 1/2 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 (14 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 6 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup double cheddar shredded cheese
- 2/3 cup sliced green onions (scallions)
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Cook cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan on medium heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
2.) Add cream-style and thawed corn: stir. Cook 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3.) Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
