PARSNIPS*****Maple-Glazed Roasted Parsnips w/Garlic(Actifry)

Ingredients
- 500 grams parsnip
- 6 - 8 whole cloves peeled garlic (even a whole head wouldn't be too much)
- 1 tablespoon duck or goose fat
- 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put duck fat into Actifry and melt for 2 minutes.
Peel parsnip, cut into 1-inch chunks of even thickness and add to pan of machine.
Set for 43 minutes. Set a timer for 15 minutes and when it beeps, add the garlic cloves. For last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking, sprinkle with the parsley, season with Maldon salt, freshly-ground black pepper and drizzle with maple syrup.
