Terri's Mock Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • graham crackers
  • 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  • milk
  • 9 oz. whipped topping
  • can chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Line the bottom of a 9x13" pan with whole graham crackers.

Make pudding as directed on package. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour half over the crackers, then put another layer of crackers on top. Pour remaining pudding mixture on top, and top with another layer of crackers. Spread the can of frosting over the top. Refrigerate.
