  • 8 Large Potatoes (12 small)(cubed)
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped)
  • 4 Pickles (sliced and diced)
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Onion (chopped) Optional
  • 1 Green or Red Pepper (chopped) Optional

Step 1

Boiling Potatoes accordingly. Drain and let cool. Add all the other ingredients and refrigerate.
