Cheesy Elbows

  • 4 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups warm milk
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Return macaroni to pan and toss gently with butter and the three cheeses until cheeses are almost melted. Add warm milk; blend well. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh snipped parsley. Serve immediately.
