Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cubed beef
- Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Oregano
- 2 cans tomato paste
- water
- 1 pkg. rigatoni
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in oil. Add spices. Add tomato paste & about 10 cans of water. When cooked down, add 2 or 3 cups more water and cook down to medium sauce.
Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain. Add sauce and simmer about 5 minutes. Salt to taste.
