Chocolate coated peppermint patties

Ingredients

  • 5 cups icing sugar
  • 3 Tbsp corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable shortening
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolates, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all tog and then roll out and cut into circles
Refrigerate for at least 15 min
Coat in melted chocolate
