Ingredients
- 1 c diced chicken
- 1 1/2 c diced carrots
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 c spinach
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 t parsley
- 1/4 t thyme
- 4 c chicken stock
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1/4 flour
- salt & pepper
- 4 T butter
- 1 qt half and half
- parm cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all diced veggies in butter until soft. Make rue out of flour, butter and veggies. Slowly add stock, chicken, seasoning and gnocchi. simmer until gnocchi almost cooked. Add spinach and half and half. heat through and adjust seasoning. Serve with Parm cheese
