Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tony Chacheros Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Rub with olive oil
generously pile on rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper
marinate in plastic baggie for 24 hours
prepare hot grill (500-600 degrees)
Grill 4 minutes per side
let rest when done
cut rack after resting into single or double popsicles
sprinkle with Totny Chacheros seasoning before serving.
