Aggie's Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups (1/2 bag) pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven to 350 degrees

Froth egg white

Mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt

Coat pecans thoroughly with egg white

Put pecans in sugar mixture and coat

Spray baking sheet with Pam

Cook pecans for 12 minutes then flip and cook 12 minutes
