Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Cavender's Seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Place diced potatoes into a stockpot & cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer gently until potatoes are tender. Drain, and place in mixing bowl.

Slowly add butter, whipping cream, seasonings, and parmesean cheese. Whip until smooth & creamy. Add green onions and blend until smooth.
