Left over Rotisserrie Chicken

A Mexican soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 large jar salsa
  • meat from one rotisserrie chicken
  • 1 small bag frozen corn
  • enough chicken stock to make soup consistency.

Preparation

Step 1

Add all together.

SOOOO good. I added left over rice and some leftover beans ...served with cheese and other mexican fixins. Definately a family favorite!!!
