Ingredients
- 2/3 cup celery slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chopped tomato
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 4 cups hot cooked rice

Step 1
Saute celery and onion in margarine; blend in flour. Add tomato, chicken, Velveeta and basil; stir until cheese is melted. Serve over rice. Yield 4 servings.
