Ingredients
- use brown rice, coconut and spices recipe
- use squash roasted recipe
- garlic chili sauce or sriracha chili sauce to taste
- 1/2 shallot thinly sliced
- veg oil
- toasted unsweetened coconut
- lime wedge
Preparation
Step 1
fry shallots in veg oil until brown then sprinkle with salt.
spoon brown rice into bowl and top with the roasted squash, drizzle garlic chili sauce, fried shallots and then toasted coconut. squeeze lime wedge over bowl and serve.
