Kamaboko Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Kamaboko (fish cake)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 dollops of Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of Green Onion (scallions)
  • Salt/Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Dice, grate or shred the Kamaboko. Add softened cream cheese and mayo and mix well. Add in green onions and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Ritz crackers.
