  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for dusting



Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Place a cupcake line in each 12 muffin tins
Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add sugar and butter extract, beating well. Add eggs, one a a time, beating well after each addition.
Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each muffin cup. Spoon cream chees mixture over wafers. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to coll completely.

Top each with 1/2 teaspoon of jam and fresh raspberries. Dust with powdered sugar.
