Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and eggs.

Add flour and pinch of soda. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 375 for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
