Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter, unsalted (produces 6 tbls. of clarified butter)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut butter into cubes
Slowly heat in small saucepan until butter is all melted and solids have foamed to the top
Remove from heat
Skim foam off top of clear golden liquid
Pour into glass or measuring cup
Let cool
Skim solids from top again
