Ingredients
- 10 oz bulk chorizo sausage (cut up small)
- 1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as Rotel)
- drained.
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, cubed
- 1 8 ounce package of processed cheese (such as velvita) cubed

Preparation
Step 1
cook and stir chorizo sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked completely about, 5-7 minutes; drain and transfer to slow cooker.
Stir tomato, cream cheese and cheese in with chorizo.
cook on low until chees is melted, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Use liner for easier clean up
