Hazy Waters BBQ Rib Rub

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup paprika
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp hickory seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together well. Keep in an air tight container for storage.
To use: rub into the meat and let sit in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours before grilling/smoking
