Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 lb ground chuck
• 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• ground pepper
• egg noodles
• 1 can sour cream
• 1 can cottage cheese
• 1 c cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350.

Brown meat in skillet, add sauce and seasonings. In a bowl combine sour cream and cottage cheese. Mix in noodles. Layer Noodles, meat then cheddar cheese.

Bake 20 min.
