Ingredients
- 4 lb. boneless beef chuck steak
- Meat tenderizer
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Dampen meat with water, sprinkel with tenderizer. Prick with fork. trim meat & cut into squares. Mix remaining ingrediants in jar. Pour over meat. Marinate 2-3 hours or longer. Skewer. Charcoal 30 minutes. Turn frequently.
